Dear Friends and Neighbors,
We had a great week in the House! We sent 41 bills on to the Senate....everything from elevator safety to the Department of Agriculture's budget.
Don't forget the coffee in Luzerne this weekend. It's on Saturday at 10 in the City Hall. I hope to see you there.
Thanks to all of you who visited or wrote this week. The visitors were: Harry Ruth, Lloyd Bathen & Bill Harrison from East Central REC - Jim Timm from T.I.P. REC - Al Schafbuch, Robert Ritscher, David McKechnie from the Benton Co. Farm Bureau ( There was another gentleman with them and I didn't get his name written down in time - If you email me, I'll recognize you next week! ) and today I had Jennifer & Skylar Love from La Porte City and Mayor Lynn Arthur, his wife Shirley, son Todd and grandsons Nathan and Robert from Mt. Auburn. If you're in Des Moines, please stop in.
